Burnt Toast (https://toastmysite.com) reads a public landing page and writes a blunt, useful roast: what is leaking conversions, a scorecard, a rewritten hero, and the fixes to do first. The humor is flavor. The job is to catch the leaks before ad spend or a launch.

## How to use it

1. Paste a public http(s) URL on the homepage. Email is optional. No account and no password.
2. The free teaser returns on the page: overall score, a toast level (Lightly Toasted, Golden, Toasted, Burnt Edge, or Charcoal), the top 2 fixes, and one rewritten headline. The rest of the roast stays locked. A share link and an Open Graph image carry the toast level.
3. Unlock the full roast for that one URL, or buy a 30-day pass and roast more pages.

Free teasers are limited to 3 per IP per day and 3 per site per day. A URL roasted in the last 24 hours is cached, so a repeat view or an unlock does not run the model again.

- Free teaser: $0. Overall score, toast level, top 2 fixes, one rewritten headline. No payment.
- Full Roast Unlock: $9 once, for one URL. Complete six-point scorecard (value prop, headline, CTA, social proof, visual hierarchy, speed/mobile basics), full hero rewrite (three headlines, subheadline, button), and the top 5 fixes. Delivered on the results page and by email.
- 30-Day Unlimited Pass: $19 once, not a subscription, and it does not renew. Full roasts and re-roasts for 30 days, tied to the buyer's email. Access is a magic link emailed after purchase, which sets a signed cookie. Fair use is 50 roasts per pass.

## What a full roast includes

- A short roast of the page, not the person who made it.
- Scores from 0 to 10 with a one-line reason. Speed is inferred from markup, not a measured load time.
- The model does not invent reviews, customer counts, awards, or prices that are not on the page.

## Limits

- Only public http and https pages. Localhost, private networks, and login walls are refused.
- The pass is one-time. It is not a subscription.
- Customer results live at unlisted /r/ links and are not for indexing.
